HELLBOY 2: THE GOLDEN ARMY (PG-13)
Universal Pictures
Stars: Ron Perlman, Selma Blair, Doug Jones, Luke Goss, Thomas Kretschmann
Sequel to the highly successful original, the action and humorous dialogue appear intact for this go-around as well. As if plot mattered, basically another world of various destructive creatures comes to Earth to take over the planet. Hellboy Perlman, and the rest of his staff at the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense, are called upon to battle the army of creatures. Other than that, it’s battle action scenes, and witty dialogue, which should keep fans happy.
